The Adventures of the White Unicorn premiered at the Tallinn Fringe Festival in August 2023 and what better way to mark the anniversary than performing at Edinburgh Festival Fringe in celebration of her first solo show. In her sincere way, Heli talks TO the audience and not AT them, giving the show not so much a comedian on stage, but old friends catching up for a drink vibe. On stage, Heli bares it all and does not hold back - in her witty, funny and vulnerable way, she takes you along on her adventures from cultural stereotypes, heartbreak and crazy pick up lines. Heli Pärna started performing stand up in 2022 due to too many events in her life that needed to be shared with others. She has performed as the headliner in Side Splitters Comedy showcase and opened for Derek Mitchel’s Double Dutch and Magdulicious’s Beast from the East. Since the premier of her solo show in August 2023 she has spread the laughter onto stages in Brussels, Luxembourg, Geneva, The Netherlands, England and New Zealand.
